Investigation into Sexual Assault of Five Year Old Girl in Sydney Primary School
Three primary school-aged students are being investigated for the alleged sexual assault of a five-year-old girl.
Police are speaking to the boys in relation to reports of an indecent assault and assault, which is believed to have occurred at a school in Sydney’s south-west on Wednesday afternoon.
They are believed to be older than the victim, who is understood to be in Kindergarten.
A New South Wales Police spokeswoman has confirmed that officers from Fairfield Local Area Command were investigating with the NSW Department of Education and visited the school on Thursday.
This comes after two boys were charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a 6 year old girl in September.
The female student, from a primary school on Sydney’s northern beaches, is said to have been raped on two separate days by the boys who were both 12-years-old.
