The year was 1972 when Peter Kailis opened his first Red Rooster store in Kelmscott, Perth changing the landscape for takeaway chicken forever. Fast forward 50 years and Red Rooster has become an iconic brand specialising in serving up BOTH fried and roast chicken. Plus they have the best chips of any fast food outlet. Hands down!
