KEEN’S Creamy Chicken Curry

Keen’s Traditional Curry flavour in a creamy coconut sauce with chicken, onion and beans, makes a delicious family meal when served with rice.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
1 large brown onion, diced
600g chicken thigh fillet, diced
1 x 40g sachet Keen’s Creamy Chicken Curry Recipe Base 1 x 270ml can coconut cream
2 cups sliced green beans
Fresh coriander

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan then add the onion and chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
  2. Add in the Keen’s Creamy Chicken Curry Recipe Base and stir in the coconut cream andbeans. Simmer on a low heat uncovered for 5-10 minutes until beans are cooked.
  3. Serve hot with steamed rice and fresh coriander.
