Mum Names Baby After Food Craving She Had While Pregnant and It’s Hella Cute

If your baby was named after the food craving you had while pregnant what would their name be? Guess what this mumma went with!

Mum Chantal’s now viral Tiktok video has divided the internet with her choice of baby name. You see she chose to call her daughter PICKLE after the snack she craved all through her pregnancy. Watch the name reveal below:

The mum-of-two is seen cradling her pregnant belly while eating pickles from a jar and drinking the juice. “I’m going to get hate for her name, but we will call her… Pickle,” she wrote in the caption. The screen then changes and Chantel appears with her baby in matching pyjamas. “Meet Pickle,” she says. 

Commenters on TikTok were initially unsure if the baby did in fact get named Pickle, but Chantel’s Instagram confirms that it is their daughter’s legally registered name.

“You must be kidding,” said one person. “No way that is possible!” exclaimed another.

There were many supporters of the name though who said Pickle sounded super cute.

“So adorable!” wrote one mum. “I think Pickle is a beautiful name for her,” agreed another.

“What if we all just named our kids after what our biggest pregnancy craving was,” one asked.
