No Bake Chocolate Cranberry Marshmallow Slice Recipe


  • 300g chocolate, chopped (milk or dark)
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 75g dried cranberries
  • 75g salted peanuts
  • 75g mini marshmallows


  1. Instructions
  2. Place the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, crush the biscuits roughly and combine with the cranberries, peanuts and marshmallows. Pour in the chocolate and mix to combine.
  4. Line a 16cm x 26cm tray with non-stick baking paper and spoon the mixture into the tray. Place more baking paper over the top and press down firmly with your hands. Refrigerate for a few hours until set then cut into slices.
