Boy Finds Missing LEGO Piece Two Years After It Got Stuck In His Nose!

Boy Finds Missing LEGO Piece Two Years After It Got Stuck In His Nose!

A New Zealand boy has been reunited with a missing Lego piece two years after he originally lost it up his nose!

The then 5 year old lost a piece of LEGO telling his parents he had put it up his nose. According to the local papers Mudassir Anwar’s 7-year-old son, Sameer, lost the piece back in 2018.

At the time, the family took their son to the doctor who reportedly found nothing up there. The doctor advised them that the piece may not have entered Sameer’s nose – or it had already moved into his digestive tract and would pass naturally.

The young boy showed no signs of discomfort so the parents assumed nature had taken it’s course. The LEGO piece was soon forgotten about. “Since then he’s never complained or anything,” Anwar told The Guardian.

That as until last weekend when Sameer took a big sniff of a cup cake which saw crumbs inhaled straight up his nose. Complaining of a pain the young boy was advised by his parents to just blow his nose hard.

“So his mother then helped him blow his nose, and then this thing came out that was missing for the last two years,” Anwar said. “It was shock, y’know? And it had a bit of fungus on it.”

The family was surprised to see the return of the little black LEGO hand the boy had lost two years ago.

“His eyes were wide open and he was like, “Mum, I found the Lego!” Amar said.

“You were telling me it wasn’t there, but it was there!”

Luckily the LEGO piece hadn’t caused any permanent damage or discomfort to the young boy.

“It’s good that it didn’t make any complications in his nose,” Amar continued.
