Plane Passenger Shocked to Discover a Child Has Drawn on Her Sock While She Was Sleeping
A woman has woken up from a refreshing nap on an aeroplane only to discover that her lovely white sock had been scribbled all over with purple texta.
While one might feel a tad indignant at having a pair of perfectly good socks ruined, in this instance, it appears that this passenger entirely deserved it!
The video of this incident was first shared by Julie Valentine, a UK travel blogger, but after that, it went viral as it was uploaded to the Passenger Shaming Instagram page.
The video’s caption reads, “I woke up to some random kid drawing on my socks.” The clip also showed a woman clutching her socked foot, complete with a maze of scribbles that were done using a purple marker.

After watching the clip, we can easily see that the passenger had been resting her feet in the gap between the wall and the seat in front of her, completely violating another passenger’s space.
As such, the sympathy that the passenger might have been seeking with her post certainly was not forthcoming.
“So wait… their feet were up in the space of the seat in front and a kid coloured on them? Hah. Good on that kid,” wrote one observer.
“Only yourself to blame. If your feet are somewhere they can be “drawn on” then they are in the wrong place,” added another.
There were some other Insta users who felt that both of the passengers were in the wrong.
One of them commented, “On the one hand, please tell your kids not to draw on people’s socks. On the other hand, please tell your adult friend to stop putting their feet in other people’s space.”
Others felt disgusted that the woman had taken her shoes off on the plane. “Keep your shoes on you savage. Keep your socks inside of your shoes. This is public transportation, not your personal spa day.”
One thing’s for certain, this woman will definitely think twice about resting her feet in another person’s space on an aeroplane again!
