Some people like to film themselves doing difficult yoga poses in beautifully scenic locations and then upload it to social media. The stunning posts get a lot of attention in the fitness community as much for their strength and difficulty as for the striking surroundings.
While most of these yoga videos of elaborate poses might be difficult to achieve for even the most amazing yoga enthusiast, this one has to be the hardest one to master, as we’re sure you will agree!
A Twitter user named Klara Sjöberg shared a clip of someone doing a yoga pose on Ipanema Beach in Brazil – but it wasn’t the position that was so impressive, it was the angle and the timing.

Klara shared the short sunset yoga video clip with her Twitter followers, writing: “I’m OK at yoga, but still haven’t mastered the ‘helicopter flying out of my vag’ pose”.
