Man Bars Recipe

Man Bars Recipe

Don’t be hating on me for why these are called Man Bars BUT the theory behind the name is…they are so simple, even a man can make them. Ooh, so politically incorrect is that statement. Imagine if a website dedicated to building, I don’t know…. bird houses had one called The Woman House because it was so simple even a woman could build it. They would be in So. Much. Trouble. But it’s funnier when you pick on men. Even when there are so many good male cooks. Cause men can take a joke.

Actually they could even be called Man Bars because it’s like, ‘man’ food. And I LOVE man food. Dude food. Anyway, these really ARE super simple to make. One bowl. Mix. Bake. Toss in icing sugar when cool. And it’s a big recipe. These make 2 x 20cm square baking trays worth. One for now and one to freeze or feed a crowd.
