Apparently All Mums Do These Things and TBH, I Think They Might Be Right

Apparently All Mums Do These Things and TBH, I Think They Might Be Right

It’s never wise to generalise a whole section of the community into one homogenous stereotype, but apparently, all mums are pretty much the same everywhere.

Who’d have thought that once we all reach a certain stage in our lives, we tend to merge into one basic Mum Personality complete with standard issue Mum Uniform and the latest Mum Software installed in our brains?

I mean, obviously, we all have our own individualities shining through. Our passions, hobbies, likes and dislikes are all still in there, just as they always were. But somehow, somewhere along the way, we started talking like our own mothers. We might not always choose to wear the crown of our people with pride and dignity, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t still have it shoved in a cupboard somewhere.

We are mums. And deep down, we know we are all the same.

Here’s proof.

Told ya, didn’t I? If you don’t do at least a couple of these things, I bet you know a fellow mum who does!

Wear the Mum Crown with pride, ladies. We’ve earned it, all of us.
