Woman Asks How She Can ‘Gently Explain’ to Her Boyfriend That He’s Leaving Skid Marks on Her Sheets

Woman Asks How She Can ‘Gently Explain’ to Her Boyfriend That He’s Leaving Skid Marks on Her Sheets

A woman has taken to the internet to ask for suggestions about how she might be able to “gently explain” to her boyfriend that he is consistently leaving skid marks on her nice sheets.

Correctly assuming that there is no easy way to broach the subject with her 29-year-old boyfriend of “a couple of months”, the anonymous woman asked Reddit’s Relationship Advice board. Her post has since been deleted, but not before one of the best Twitter accounts, relationships.txt picked it up and shared it with the world.

Yikes!

Let’s cross over to the internet for the mockery, because the good folk at Twitter had a lot of hilarious responses to share.

Seriously, though, how do you come back from this? How on earth does a man get to be nearing thirty without learning how to wipe his arse properly? And why should it be his girlfriend’s job to teach him?

Apparently she responded to say that she plans to approach the conversation from a health perspective, suggesting dietary issues as a potential cause rather than, you know, being a grown-arse man who does not know how to clean himself.

Either way, he needs to start wearing underpants to bed pronto!

How would you respond to this relationship issue? Would this be enough for you to end the relationship or would you try and help your boyfriend understand basic hygiene standards? Tell us in the comments!
