WATCH: Milo and Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Milo and Banana Ice Cream

Time: 5 Minutes

Serves : 1

INGREDIENTS

2 Ripe Bananas (frozen overnight)

1 Tbsp Milo

METHOD

1.Cut banana into pieces and freeze overnight

2.In a food processor, chop banana on high. A sandy texture will develop.

3.Keep blending, adding the Milo. Blend until smooth, ice cream texture forms.

4.Serve immediately.

TIP: This is incredibly delicious, yet much lower in calories than ice cream. Freeze half eaten bits and bobs of bananas. Then whip this up while the kids are finishing their dinner. Ready in a flash, and delish! Freeze banana for 2 hours minimum, cutting into smaller pieces for shorter freezing time.
